"I have a question about Kickstarter/Patreon/some other platform!"
If you have questions about a purchase made on another platform, please message me on that platform. This form is only intended for store-related questions.
"Why haven't you shipped my order yet?"
Orders are packed twice a week to accommodate for the shop owner's busy schedule. Please be patient and your order will be sent as soon as possible!
"My order hasn't arrived yet- what do I do?"
If you selected Letter Mail as your shipping option (available for stickers only), you will not be provided with a tracking number. On average, letter mail takes 3-7 days to arrive within the US, but in some instances may take longer. If your order has not arrived within 1 month of purchase date, please contact us with your order number so we can send a replacement.
For other mail types, please refer to the tracking number sent to the email you provided at checkout.
"My order arrived with an item missing or damaged- what do I do?"
Fill out the form below and make sure to include your order number! For damaged items, you'll be asked to provide photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging.
"My item hasn't shipped yet, and I'd like a refund!"
Fill out the form below with your order number and we can cancel it for you.
"My item has shipped already, but I want a refund!"
Unfortunately we can't provide refunds on items that have already been shipped, unless they are sent back with the packaging unopened. You can request the unopened package be returned to sender at your local post office. Once we have received the item, your refund will be processed, but remember that once an order has been shipped, we cannot refund the cost of shipping even if the item is returned.
"My order got sent back- what gives?"
The most common reason orders are returned by the postal service is due to an incorrect address. Please make sure you've included all the correct and relevant information, including your full legal name (initials and nicknames are often marked as incorrect). While we can refund the cost of any items returned, we will not be able to refund shipping costs if orders are sent back due to incorrect address.
